What this prototype shows

How this design prototype answers the CCRH tender and fixes the gaps in the current website.

This is a working design prototype of the redesigned CCRH website. It uses real sample content taken from the current site on 8 October 2026, so CCRH can judge the design, navigation and accessibility with familiar material. The production website will be built on an open-source CMS with this design, as set out in our technical proposal.

Try these

  • Press Tab on any page. A skip link appears first; menus open with the keyboard and close with Esc.
  • Switch between हिन्दी and English in the top bar. You stay on the same page.
  • Use A+ and the contrast button, then reload. Your choice is kept.
  • On Tenders, switch between Open, Closed and Archive, and filter by type or year.
  • On Find a centre, choose “Treatment centres” or a state.
  • Search for “Puri”, “yoga” or “annual report”.
  • Narrow the window to phone width. The menu folds into one button.

How it answers the tender

  • §4.1.1 Design: DBIM-style header, footer and layout grid; navigation built around eight user groups; key services within three clicks; responsive from phones to desktops.
  • Bilingual: English and Hindi generated from one source, so the two versions cannot drift apart.
  • §4.2 WCAG 2.1 AA: keyboard use, visible focus, skip link, text resize, high contrast, labelled forms, alt text, logical headings, pausable motion.
  • Data sovereignty: no third-party scripts, fonts or maps; nothing leaves the server unless the visitor asks for it.
  • GIGW 3.0: website policies, sitemap, accessibility statement, last-updated date, Web Information Manager, file type and size on downloads, archive for expired content.
  • WAF rule: the feedback form blocks spam with a hidden field instead of a CAPTCHA.

What is real and what is a placeholder

Real sample content

Tenders, vacancies, results, recruitment rules, CCRH centres, publications and news, taken from ccrhindia.ayush.gov.in on 8 Oct 2026. Download links point to the files on the current site.

Placeholders

The State Emblem slot and the CCRH mark. Official artwork, the DBIM colour palette, photographs and officer names go in during the build. Hindi text for some institute addresses stays in English until translated.
